Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Expressions Apparel! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of the Product: All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Return Method: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sayitmeanit23@outlook.com. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. You may use a pre-paid shipping label provided by us or ship the item back to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue your refund or exchange.

Refund Method: If you choose to return your item, we will refund your purchase price minus any shipping and handling fees. We will issue the refund to the original form of payment. If you choose to exchange your item, we will ship your replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Custom-made items

• Final sale items

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

• Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
